Graduated in 1980 from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with a degree in bridges and tunnels.

1972–1990 - Copyist, Drawer, Technician, Engineer, Senior Engineer, Leading Engineer of Lengiprotransmost Institute (now Transmost JSC);

1990-2010 - Head of the Economic Calculations Group of Lengiprotransmost Institute (now Transmost JSC);

2010–2014 - Head of Estimating Department of Transmost OJSC;

2014-2018 – Deputy Technical Director for Estimated Calculations of Transmost OJSC;

since 2018 - Deputy Technical Director for Estimated Calculations of Transmost JSC.
