Boris Ketslakh

Honorary Builder of Russia.

Born in 1965.

In 1986 he graduated from the Leningrad Institute of Railway Engineers with a degree in Bridges and Tunnels.

1986–1992 - engineer, engineer II category, engineer I category, leading engineer of the Institute Lengiprotransmost (now Transmost JSC);

1992–1995 - head of the design group of Transmost OJSC;

1995–2013 – chief project engineer of Transmost OJSC;

2013-2018 - deputy chief executive officer - technical director of Transmost OJSC;

since 2018 - deputy chief executive officer - technical director of Transmost JSC.
